guruji i have a question i am confused off now,
if i see evrything happening is actually a play,this world is a maya, this world is not real, than whats my purpose of my life in this world?, i will do the best to help others n i love the lord but if i hurt others n being selfish n doing the wrong thing, is it considered as a play as well?? should i ask a sorry for anything i do wrong o juz think that its a play? n forget it..bcos guruji i feel bad when i hurt others so i will always try not to trouble others eventhough it will hurt me, so evrything i do wheter is a bad o good thing, is it still a play?? than whats good? whats wrong?? if i hurt others its a sin right?? then where does hell n heaven applied..i agree that right n wrong is the same but if 1 person who realizes this world as maya n kills others saying that whats wrong with killing as the world is not real. whats real there?? will there be a difference between a person who thinks good to others n help others n a killing person??
pls reply..bcos i want to do good thing to others but the fact evrything is illusion is blocking me

I am sure that most of your doubts and confusion in the mind shall be cleared.
I am enclosing part of the text portion in the website which you will find only
in different, apparently irrelevant paragraph. But I think it is enough to quench
your thirst of knowledge for the time being.
We create own world in the dream. In the dream we meet our friends talk to
them, enjoy with them, converse with them and do everything like we would
have done it while awake. While we see and experience the dream we do not
have in mind that we are looking a dream. What we see in the dream is thought
to be actual during the period of dream. However, we wake up and the dream
is broken we understand that the dream was false. The things took place in the
dream were not true.
In the same way, when you attain the eternal knowledge (self realisation) you understand that what you see in the world and experience is absolutely illusory and false like a dream. The person who realises self does not give up eating food because the world is illusory ! He continues his life in the same waY as it was before the realisation. He however, always has definite understanding about the world while performing his routine.
The self realised person is therefore never serious about his duties to his parents, never serious about his achieving some academic goal, never serious about helping other. never serious about anything in life. He is absolutely aware that the world and the surrounding is illusory and changes every second like the clouds in the sky. He understands that it is a false ego that " I exist", "I do or undo something", " I enjoy something" " I have done my duties". He understands that nothing actually takes place in this world and what we see and experience is only like we see the movie.
You have yet to learn lot about the eternal knowledge. Half knowledge is always dangerous. You must learn and know why the world is illusory from Guru. And for that purpose some great people in the world have surrendered to Guru and even spent entire life with Guru. Once you understand the reasons why the world is illusory and when you actual experience it, what remains in your life is only happiness and joy for ever called bliss. or "paramanand" So to get the life long happiness by the eternal knowledge, to overcome the sorrows and shocks in worldly life like diseases and deaths, great people do not pursue the worldly ambitions. They pay any cost to Guru including their life, to understand the knowledge called "Atmajnan" (knowledge of self).
At this time, it is recommended to you that you should not get confused and continue your material pursuit. Learn the eternal knowledge like the world is illusory from Guru with all its references. contexts, reasonings etc. in due course of time. At present you need to continue your concentration in studies.
