Does soul take human form or any other living being after death ?
I pray God with all my heart regularly.What are the symptoms to know that I am blessed by God? How does the devotee receive the real blessings of God? How does he experience the Guru- Krupa?

I liked your questions.Your questions have come up from the bottom of your heart and indicate true urge to experience God.
You will however, get surprized to know truth about the experience of God.
Let me give below a few indications to confirm that you are blessed.
1. You have achieved equanimity to all good and bad of the life and have
forgotten the dualities like rich and poor, man and woman, dirty and beautiful etc.
2. You are able to see God in every thing in the world living or nonliving
3. You have come to conclusion that you are not a perishable body but you
are immortal soul- Atma.
4. You are of the firm opinion that you belong nothing in this world, (no kind of wealth) you have no relatives (including blood relations), friends or foes etc.
5. You are unattached to the people and the incidents coming in your life and happening in your life.
If you think you have come to this conditions of mind, you can very well say that you are blessed by God and Guru. These are the symptoms of Guru Kripa.
Rest of the things told are pure nonsense.
Accept a knowledeable Guru and serve him honestly and sacrifice for him to gain all the above five assets.

According to Bhagwat Gita soul goes on changing the bodies, like a person
changes his old clothes. However, this has been told secondarily ( Gounatwa)
for the Shishya Buddhi people. (for the disciples).
In Bhagwat Geeta Chapter 15/3 Lord denies the possibility of existence of this world (of living and non living things). Also in Upanishadas which is main source of knowledge for the Hindus, it has been told that "Nehanasyasthi kinchan". (i.e. the world does not exist) Saints understand that there is neither birth nor death (Na jayate mriyate wa - Geeta).
Like in dream we see the people who are vanished with the end of dream,
the living people in the world including us are only Drishya (observation by eyes), there is nothing like life and death.
It is better for people living the material life to believe that one gets rebirth according to his good or bad karmas. But for seekers of truth i.e. God, one has to go in to depth of the Vedic knowledge as per guidance of Guru.
