HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY MEMORY POWER? AND ALSO LET ME KNOW WHICH GOD I SHOULD MEDITATE?

Dear Sunil
You can improve your memory by Nirguna meditation. Also take two drops of Jyotishmati Taila (Malkangoni oil) with a glass of milk before going to bed.
Do not meditate any God. Instead, while meditating just keep attention to your inhaling and exhaling. This should not exceed 45 minutes.

MY LIFE IS EXACTLY LIKE YOURS VERY UPS AND DOWNS NO WORK GETS COMPLETED WITHOUT OBSTACLES MOST OF THE TIMES AFTER 99% NOT DONE ALL MY EFFORTS GOES DOWN THE DRAIN LOTS OF PROBLEM IN LIFE LITIGATIONS FAMILY AND BUSINESS PROBLEMS PEOPLE BACK SABS MOST OF THE TIMES WHOM I HELPS. my brain understands the reality but it really does't accepts it because that result is not good for me.
