Here is a sort of forced confession mixed with frustration that the ideals about the God stated in the holy books of so called "monotheist" religion do not hold good or experienced in real world.

In the opinion of the author any theism in this world is only monotheism, there is no polytheism existing in this world. No major religion advocates the principles that there is more than one God. As far as the philosophy of Indian religions is concerned, people in the world often get misunderstood by so many names and forms of God observed in Hinduism. Nobody inquired in this controversy with pure mind, and start criticizing with their short brains. But you ask any Hindu, as to how many Gods exists? The answer will be invariably,
?one?.

The self realized Indian theology masters knew beyond doubt that God is neither one nor two or more. One, two, three, four is the human counting, not the God's. We imagine God on basis of the holy books and describe God with worldly parameters. Like God said, God commanded, God walked, God talked, God ordered, God disappeared, God is dead etc. When you say,
?There is one God? you automatically get separated from God. You become a devotee and God goes away from you. That is why Jesus Christ loudly told the world, ?I am God?. Jesus can't be separated from God and Jesus would have never said ?There is one God?. If Jesus had said that there is one God, it would have immediately followed by his next sentence that, that God is ?I?. It is very difficult to understand these things by those who live the material life and talk spirituality. Including the word ?God? there is no word or group of words in any language in this world those can describe God. Imagination in the mind about God, on the basis of holy books in any religion, is wrong base of thinking about God. With the wrong base of thinking, none can come to any conclusion about the Holocaust.

Calling that God is not omnipotent is ignorance.

10 God does not exist.

It is merely frustration to say that God does not exist because there was Holocaust.

We'll now see as to how the ancient Indian scriptures look at the tragedies:

Indian View

When it comes to spiritual matter or anything concerning about the God, the people are divided in 4 sections by the ancient books. These sections are indicative of material desires of the individuals as well as their level of determination of mind to understand God or attain God. Indian religions have suggested many ways to people for attaining God depending upon their choice. They can choose any form of God for worship or may not choose God at all. They can go by the way of awakening of Kundalini power or go by the way of RajYoga. They can go by the way of acquiring knowledge of God directly from Vedas under guidance from Guru or they can just serve the Guru. The ultimate motto is to gradually make the mind of a person free from material involvement and bring it on the path of acquiring the knowledge of God. All the Indian scriptures and the literature of the sages keep all these options open to the people in a single book or in different books. For example Geeta gives almost all options, whereas, the first ten Upanishadas give only knowledge (vidya) as a way to achieve God. Puranas give all the option but insist on the devotion. Indian religions are cent per cent democratic. Even the devotee is allowed to make enmity with the God to establish relations with Him. The example is Ravana from Ramayana. There are thousands of such examples, even today.

Four kinds of people

1. Baddha Jiva - Bonded lives - Almost all people of the world who do not have any doubt about the existence of the world. What they see, they believe to be true. They are believers or non-believers. They always think about their family members, money (job or business), sex, travel, entertainment, beauty, their own appearance, their own respect, their health, their progress etc. In short they are always keeping themselves busy in worldly matters and running after happiness wherever they find. They are religious or non religious. They have their own ideas about God based on their religion, teachings of elders or their own reading. They often give opinions based on their own meager knowledge or logic about God, which they think is ultimate. Their ideas keep on changing. Their opinions are likely to be changed with their own experience and reading, or addition to information by any way. They have lot of haste to disclose whatever they know about scriptures or God to others with an intention to seek admiration or even otherwise. They always defend their own doctrines, deeds and decisions which are most likely to be gross failures in future. They want God; they like to pray God, they like to discuss and write God, but not at the cost of their personal freedom and worldly pleasures. They think that they love God but are never ready for any sacrifice. Even if they make sacrifice or do something for God or for the humanity they cleverly capitalize on it. These people comprise to almost 100% in human society. Very few fall in the remaining category.
