Hon. JnanYogee Saint Swami Aniljee is a self-realized Guru, whose knowledge is beyond the scriptures. Lord Krishna had advised Arjuna to go beyond the Vedas. The holy books often tie up our free thinking about God to the words; and the God is beyond the words.

The following words in the article are the natural emergence from the kind heart of the saint, after thinking about the terrific account of the agonies and killings of the innocents in the Holocaust.

Why Author has selected this subject

The author is not a very much studied and intelligent person, nor was his Guru. His Guru Hon. Saint Khapti Maharaj (1889-2003) though has written only one book of twenty eight pages and about a hundred songs in whole of his life of 113 years, was an uneducated person. No doubt he was enlightened and a self-realized Guru, and many Pundits, professors and masters of Veda used to meet him for his blessings. He had never read Vedas or any Hindu religious or holy book, never delivered lectures on religion and never worshipped/prayed the God in whole of his life. He was still a great revered Hindu Guru and one of the topmost saints in India. He was perhaps an evidence to prove the fact that the knowledge of God was beyond purview of books and religions. The author, one of his million disciples, was selected by the Guru for continuing his own seat of Guru. The author is unaware of his competence in this field of spirituality; however, he is just obeying the orders of his Guru to tell the truth to the world.

The author has very little knowledge of History, and has read a very few books on World War II. He, before his accepting asceticism, was a businessman and came in contact in 1999 with one Jew person from San Diego, who is a Jew cleric/activist. Since then both are friends and have sometimes discussed the tragedies of the Holocaust. The author had many times visited US to meet his daughter and every time unmistakably, he visited the Holocaust memorial at Boston to pay his silent homage. The author has been in the personal service of various renowned enlightened Gurus for almost more than three decades. In Hindu religion, there is no other way to reach God except the personal service of Guru; rest of all the ways like study of scriptures/holy books, worship, devotion, Yoga etc. are only supportive or indirect ways. He was thinking about the horrific dance of Yama ,
?God of death?, during WWII; especially, about the lamentable deaths of 12 million absolutely innocent people, comprising of 55% from a single race or religion. He would always think that there were many big natural calamities or the war-massacres in the world, but unlike the Holocaust. One single person responsible for killing more than 11 million people including children and women, for no reason was a greatest wrath of the God, the earth has ever witnessed. The author had told his Jew friend about his thought to write his own views on the Holocaust with the background of Indian philosophy and theology. Thanks to Sugway that these pages are made available to the author to express his views, which may or may not be very brilliant ideas or meet the appreciations of the learned scholars. But then, it is for sure that this will open the eyes of those smart religious people who could not reach to any conclusion about the role of God in bringing about the holocaust. The author would rather say, the Holocaust was an eye opener for all the intellectuals, religious and God loving people of all religions in the world to think as to whether the God really relates to the happenings on this earth or not? This article is mainly intended to guide, especially the Indians to understand what is explanation to such kind of great tragedies is found in the ancient Indian theological/philosophical books.

The following is the information taken from Wikipedia about the Holocaust. The readers can visit the page to read all the information or can open the file to read the entire page. The author does not want to go dipper in to all the opinions of the world theology experts. He intends to review the reactions of the general Jew people about the Holocaust in the light of the wisdom of Vedas, the most ancient knowledge on this earth. Of course, the author is writing on this topic being a member of the human society, and not at all as a representative of any religion or cult. In his opinion, the religions are manmade and not God-made. All the holy books including Hindu scriptures, except Vedas are manmade. Even the God, as it is understood by most of the people of the world generally, is a manmade God. It is a manmade God because its concept/image is created by manmade books. The author is a great believer of God and loves God very much. His love for God is not based on the birth or death, good or bad, riches or poverty, good health or bad health, well being or destruction or any dualities of human life. His immense liking for God is based on pure knowledge of the God given to him by His Guru.
