An opportunity to learn self-realization

In Bhagwat Geeta, it is made very clear by Lord Krishna Himself that he was a Soul/Atma. (??Ahmatma Gudakesha?). In Hinduism thousands of names and the forms of God are the imaginary name and forms of the Soul/Atma. In Atharva Shirsha (scripture) Ganapati has been called as Soul/Atma. (??Twam Sakshat Atma Asi Nityam?).
The Soul/Atma is God and God is Soul/Atma.
In Vedas the God (Soul/Atma) has been described as ; 1. Sakshi (Witness) 2. Chetan (conscious) 3. Nirguna (Without form and properties). The Soul/God further has been told as 1. Nitya (eternal) 2. Shuddha (pure) 3. Buddha (omniscient) and 4 Mukta (unattached). The soul is in the body and body is in the soul. The creation (universe) is within us and we are within universe. The chicken is in the egg and the egg is in the chicken. The tree is in the seed and the seed is in the tree. The same thing that was told by the Vedas before millions of years was repeated by the recent Christian Saint John (10-38) ? Father is in me and I am in Father?. This has now become a general experience of many people. Millions of people are practicing Yoga nowadays all over the world. Irrespective of the region and religion, many people have taken an experience that they are able to see without opening eyes the happenings in the world. They are able to see the same world within them which they see outside by their eyes.
The God/Soul/Atma is homogeneously all pervading with the 7 qualities described above. (1. Sakshi (Witness) 2. Chetan (conscious) 3. Nirguna (Without form and properties). 4. Nitya (eternal) 5. Shuddha (pure) 6. Buddha (omniscient) and 7 Mukta (unattached). We can see the light around a diamond but it is not a light of diamond, nor is a diamond related to it. In the same way the God/Soul/Self/Atma has a light attached to it which is called universe. Human being is able to see this light i.e. universe when his mind goes away from himself (or becomes extrovert), otherwise this universe is absent. Why the mind of the human being goes away from his inner SELF? Because whenever the evolutes and the instruments meet the mind gets the sense of the universe. Mind starts understanding its separate existence as an individual body when the organs meet the objects.
This principle has been very well explained by Hon. Khapti Maharaj in his book Adhyatama Sanjivani.
Coming back to the frustration and its reason, it will now be understood from the above explanation from Geeta that the feelings of happiness and sorrows has in fact no ground. Nothing had actually taken place. We get frustrated only due to our thoughts. Like the clouds change the shapes every minute, the nature is also changing every minute; sometimes the circumstances are felt by us favorable and sometimes against us. In fact what we see and experience is a simple interaction of the Kanan and Karaya i.e. evolutes and the instruments as described in above paragraphs. God/Self/Soul/Atma is one thing and is never involved in the interactions of the nature's ingredients. Nature, that includes us is the light of God that is visible/sensed only when the mind works.
Frustration goes immediately, no sooner that you understand these principles. And, for that sake reading and thinking of these kinds of articles and books is necessary. Of course, it is best to get these things advised from the competent Guru. The frustration thus, is an opportunity to learn this science of self realization.
