The natural control that is found in the birds and animals is absent In case of human beings. In this age, do we all know about the restrictions that the people should observe? Most of the people and young generations of boys and girls in the human society are seen becoming reckless on the preservation of the bodily strength. Day by day man is aggressively exposing his intrinsic nature of shamelessness to the world. It is better not to talk about this.
Nature wanted the human species to be continued and therefore, the natural attraction between the opposite sexes has been created, we can say. There is nothing as beautiful as a woman in this world. Poets, authors and artists have described and depicted the beauty of a woman, so I am not repeating it here. Man for the woman and woman for the man is the only entertaining-living toy that can satisfy all the five senses at a time, which can’t be satisfied by any other thing including money and the things those can be purchased by money. Shabda- words, Rupa- shape, Gandha- smell, Sparsha- touch and the last Rasa- taste are the five kinds of enjoyments that a woman can give to a man and of course a man to a woman. Hindu Shastras say that even the God, Rishis, sages, saints can’t hold their lust towards a woman; the woman being the ‘most beautiful’ thing in the entire universe. (Of course, what is written about God and Saints is to warn the seekers of the God). There are so many descriptions in the ancient Indian Books about the saints who were celibates for their entire life but could not stop the ejaculation and the waste of semen when they had come across and seen only the feet of the beautiful women from the heaven, called ‘Apsaras’.
Why a woman was made so beautiful by the nature? The reason is very interesting and true. There is a little difference between the humans and the rest of the species. Human greed for happiness and mental satisfaction is ever increasing and unlimited, and that of the other species is limited, say the ancient experts. A cultured man or a gentleman according to his age and experience shifts his interest from woman to the other intellectual targets. Even in the young age, the boys do not like sex and girls, if they are occupied with different interesting subjects. The nature knew that the human being is truly nothing but a living source of knowledge and hence it is difficult for it to get attracted to the comparatively lower kind of entertainment if the higher was available. Intellectuals will always be found not giving much time to the women. They like the association of the women for a short time. In any case, a man can’t get the highest mental satisfaction from a woman and vice versa. Human being is always and almost every second found running behind the higher and higher plane of mental satisfaction and peace of mind. If the women were not beautiful the men would have preferred to spend time in other work rather than meeting the women. This human nature could have obstructed the human progeny and the desire of God,( “Bahusyam Prajayeyiti”) would have been false! Human species would have come to an end one day. It was therefore essential, that women should have been the matter of constant attraction for the men. Nature consequently, made a woman so beautiful that a man can hardly escape from her fishing net. In the same way, the body of a woman has been carved in such a way that she would constantly remember the association with a man and could hardly escape the man’s designs. In Sanskrit one of the names of woman is Purandhri. This means a person with more holes on the body. Willingly or foolishly a woman responses to the advancement by a man for legitimate or otherwise relations, and a very few are able to resist such occasions. (In respect of sex, Hindu Shastra calls a woman ‘foolish’, because she falls prey to the man’s designs easily; otherwise Shastra calls her a mother and asks men to worship her).
What is meant by “Bahusyam Prajayeyiti”? This is said to be the desire of the God. This is from the ‘Vedas’. God was alone at the beginning. None and nothing was there. The almighty, omniscient, omnipresent and all pervaded God thought, “I should now see myself in my many names and many-shapes (forms)” (Bahusyam Prajayeyiti), and started the creation of the world. Rest of the part of this theory is explained on other pages of this website.
This is how ‘Celibacy’ is described briefly in the above paragraphs. Now the question is what is the relation of God with celibacy? This, we will look into the paragraphs below, which is a view of the great enlightened Yogees of India, and the view of Shastras and not the author’s theory.
The vital white fluid in the bodies of the men and women is the only God for the Yogees and the only thing to be respected. They respect the fluid as God because it only causes the birth and death. Any (true) Yogee will not teach even the initial lesson of Yoga to anybody in the world unless he gets satisfied that the person whom the Yoga is to be taught has obtained the control over his/her organs and is not wasting the fluid. In the eyes of the Yogees, this holds supreme importance. We know that, in the thermal power station, coal and water produce the steam which is ultimately transformed into electricity. Electricity does many functions for the human needs.
